Power modules including single diode modules and single SCR modules, dual rectifier diode modules and dual SCR modules, or half-controlled thyristors diode modules, three-phase thyristor modules (Non-isolated), with current up to 1200A, voltage to 2400V. All the thyristor diode modules are sealed in compliance with industrial standard package, pressure contact technology for high power devices, electrically isolated base plate 2500V and low forward voltage drop.
