Discrete Thyristors

Maylson phase control thyristors are assembled in the metal stud housing, and its current is up to 500A. The high power silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRs) are assembled in a highly reliable sealed ceramic capsule/disc housing with our pressure contact technology (PCT), and its current is up to 6000A. Both stud and disc thyristors can be supplied in IR, Semikron or Russian versions, which are more convenient for your applications. A complete set of accessories, cooling systems and power assemblies are also available.
